How do you control member access to the gym?
Each member receives a QR code in the app or by WhatsApp. At the entrance, a tablet or reader scans it and checks the membership in real time. An expired membership triggers a message at reception, and every entry is recorded for attendance statistics.
Can payment reminders be automatic?
Yes. The software sends a reminder by WhatsApp, SMS or email a few days before renewal, then another if payment is late. Reception sees the list of members to follow up at a glance, and messages are written with you in your gym's tone.
How much does gym management software cost?

Can members book group classes?
